Green Bay Metro Bus Shelter Public Art

Influenced by CMYK screen printing, the Neo Geo, and Warp Speed design styles this art takes on a bold, youthful aesthetic. The message is GB Metro with support typography in the words, “Arrival” and “Departure.” Multiple transparent overlay layers add depth and interest to this simple geometric art. The encouraging and empowering word “START” replaces “STOP” as a surprise in the visually dominant octagon. Digital Art, 100 x 51 inches

Fishbowl by the Bay

With this piece, I intend to create a forced connection between a fishbowl and the wild species in the bay of Green Bay. The GB Metro Bus stop structure represents the fishbowl. Game fishes of Wisconsin are silhouetted and displayed approximately to scale in the art. Included in this work: Largemouth Bass, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Catfish, Lake Sturgeon, Bullheads, Northern Pike, Walleye, Yellow Perch, Pumpkinseed, and Smallmouth Bass. Digital Art, 100 x 51 inches
